JailHost in Cloud Hosting
You can take advantage of JailHost with each and every cloud hosting plan that we provide and protect your sites against attacks fast and easy. Every single domain and subdomain in the Hepsia Control Panel that is provided with our packages has a separate folder and contrary to what can often happen with some other Control Panels, the website content is not mixed in a single main folder, so maintaining your Internet sites separate will be easier. Activating JailHost for any website takes only a few clicks, so even if you do not have much experience, you will not need any special skills in order to keep your sites secure. The option isn't active by default in case that you want to use a script which requires access to an additional folder inside your account. If you use JailHost, the rest of the sites that you have will be protected, but even a hacked one will not remain affected for long since we will have a couple of daily backup copies for it at all times, so that we can quickly recover it.
JailHost in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you have a semi-dedicated server account, you can activate JailHost with a few clicks from your Hepsia Control Panel because we have included this feature in all of our semi-dedicated plans. It is not active by default as you might use an application that requires accessibility to other folders inside the account and JailHost could potentially cause problems, yet you'll be able to protect all other websites by separating them from one another. This will be quite easy as in Hepsia all domains and subdomains have individual folders. In comparison, a lot of other Control Panels save the content of multiple Internet sites in subfolders under a main domain, so one hacked website there will mean that all of them will be hacked. With Hepsia, just one site can get damaged and even if this happens, we can quickly restore it via the multiple daily backup copies that we will keep, meaning that you can go ahead and update it afterwards in order to protect it from future attacks.
