And this is where our Managed Servers package can help you out. Thanks to it, your VPS will be included in our own custom–made monitoring system, which will keep an eye on all the essential services. And in the event of a service trouble, our skilled sysadmins will be alerted momentarily and they will solve the problem as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

To manually back up a VPS Server definitely isn’t the simplest thing in the world. You will either have to use another server or your desktop PC, or rely on some third–party solution. Our company offers a far simpler and easier solution with our Managed Servers offer. We will create a full backup of your server once a week, so you never need to fear permanently losing any essential data. Last but not least we can always retrieve a backup very fast. All backups we make are kept on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you an almost infinite number of possibilities, you will sometimes need to install additional software applications. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It’s an essential part of our Managed Servers offer, which entitles you to demand any of our qualified sysadmins to install and configure any software application and to resolve any issue that you are having with your VPS.
